This program will teach you everything you need to know to live a pain free life and become an elite expert in taking care of your body. Each month you’ll unlock a brand new set of videos that helps target and heal one of the 6 most impactful muscle groups in your body. You’ll learn the most effective ways to stretch each of these muscle groups, and all together they will help unlock the healthy, energetic body you’ve been dreaming of.
Here’s a sneak peak of what’s included in this program:
Month 1: Healthy Hip Flexors
- The hip flexors are a group of muscles toward the front of the hip and many people experience tight hip flexors from long hours sitting in a chair
- Tight hip flexors can lead to: sore hips, leg and knee pain, lower back pain, poor posture, decreased core and leg strength, and even tightness and pain in the neck.
- Stretching and releasing the hip flexors can help decrease pain in the back, hips, groin and knees. It can also improve posture and walking mobility.
Month 2: Healthy Neck and Shoulders
- The neck and shoulders are a group of muscles that work together to control much of your every day function, and they can become tight from stress.
- A tight neck and shoulders can lead to stiffness, headaches, arm pain, numbness, tingling, and back pain.
- Stretching and releasing the neck and shoulders can help decrease pain in your head, neck, shoulders, arms, and your entire back. It can also improve posture and prevent problems from happening in the rest of your body.
Month 3: Healthy Glutes and Hamstrings
- The glutes and hamstrings are large groups of muscles that work together to control your legs, hips, and back.
- They can become tight from daily sitting, poor posture, and muscle imbalance.
- Tight glutes and hamstrings can lead to pain in the back, hips, legs, and knees, sciatica, and poor balance.
- Stretching and releasing the glutes and hamstrings can help decrease pain in your back, legs, and knees. It can also improve your posture and balance.
Month 4: Healthy IT Bands
- The IT Bands are long connective tissues that work together to control your hip, stabilize your pelvis, and control posture.
- Tight IT Bands can lead to knee, leg, and hip pain and burning.
- Stretching and releasing the IT Bands can help decrease pain in your knees, legs, and hips. It can also improve posture and stabilize your body to prevent pain elsewhere.
Month 5: Healthy Inner Thighs and Adductors
- The inner thighs and adductors are a group of muscles that work together to stabilize your hips and help control your legs.
- Tight inner thighs and adductors can lead to pain behind the knee, in the hip, and low back. They can also cause poor posture and a weak IT band.
- Stretching and releasing the inner thighs and adductors can help decrease pain in your legs, hips, and lower back. It can also improve posture.
Month 6: Healthy Lower Back, Core, and Glutes
- The lower back is a group of muscles that work together to control much of your every day function
- They can become tight from daily sitting, poor posture, and a weak core
- A tight lower back can lead to stiffness and pain in the entire back, shoulders, neck, hips, and legs.
- Stretching and releasing the lower back and strengthening your core and glutes can help decrease pain in your entire back, legs, hips, neck, shoulders.
